he Clínica de Urgencias P.Z. facilities have an approximate area of 1.100 square meters in one level—there are no stairways or elevators. There are three wide emergency exits to evacuate the building promptly if necessary. There are also manual emergency stations that alert of any type of threat for both deaf and blind people. Smoke detectors are installed in every room and we offer a large parking area. We comply with Law 7600 “Ley Igualdad de Oportunidades para las Personas con Discapacidad”.
Serviced by qualified staff, our reception features a computer system of our client base that allows us to expedite administration processes and keep track of all relevant statistics, in order to evaluate the service quality we offer on a regular basis. We also have a private wireless network that allows us to interact with all the services we provide, minimizing wait times.

Our large and comfortable waiting room features an electronic information screen, cable television, cold and warm water dispenser, and more. There is also a special children’s area. We offer wireless Internet for all clients.

It features an inner area to serve our clients and an external area for the general public. It has state-of-the-art equipment and is serviced by two microbiologist managers, Dr. Silvia Gómez Mendoza and Dr. Félix Castro Alfaro.

It has acclimatized air conditioning and electric beds, each one with comfortable chairs for family members. This room has its own infirmary.
It also features ECG and multi-parameter monitors, which allows us to monitor blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, heart rhythm, blood temperature and oxygenation when the patient requires it.
We also have a defibrillator with monitor and pacemaker for qualified emergencies, in addition to the crash cart with all the necessary equipment for any emergency. We also have an isolation cubicle to treat patients with contagious and infectious diseases.
